Sorry we can't access individual accounts from the community, we do currently have an issue with calls which are getting resolved currently, but I don't think this is the same thing.
I would recommend speaking to O2 on 0344 809 0202 from a land line which is a standard rate call or 202 from an active O2 mobile number which is a free call, it will be best to speak to them.

0800 587 4005 is the best one currently. You may have to make the call on his behalf.
