My husband has had a text from o2 this morning saying his calls are restricted? The bill is paid but he cannot make any calls? Has anybody else had this problem today as he needs it for work

Hi @Shez26

Sorry we can't access individual accounts from the community, we do currently have an issue with calls which are getting resolved currently, but I don't think this is the same thing.

I would recommend speaking to O2 on
0344 809 0202 from a land line which is a standard rate call or 202 from an active O2 mobile number which is a free call, it will be best to speak to them.

I do hope this help you get this resovled.

Call O2 on any of the free numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

0800 587 4005 is the best one currently. You may have to make the call on his behalf.

Tell him to keep rebooting his phone

He is now receiving & making calls. Not very good for o2 to send a text saying that he cannot make calls without a reason?
