Help! I cannot get through to anyone. O2 are charging me for a tarif and have never sent the phone..... Order says complete on my O2, tarif is showing with bill dates etc, but no phone...... Cannot get through on phones, wait for ages and then get cut off. Online chat also not responding. Any other numbers I could try?

One would have hoped these Contact O2 issues would have been sorted by now. They have actually been going on since Sunday...:smileysad:

No but the awful thing is...a lot of our advice is to contact CS...which then becomes a vicious circle....
