Cannot get through to O2 on phones or net. - being charged for a product I do not have!

Help! I cannot get through to anyone. O2 are charging me for a tarif and have never sent the phone..... Order says complete on my O2, tarif is showing with bill dates etc, but no phone...... Cannot get through on phones, wait for ages and then get cut off. Online chat also not responding. Any other numbers I could try?

There are problems with getting through to cs at the mo so as it's an emergency I'll tag our community leads to see if they can help?

No but the awful thing is...a lot of our advice is to contact CS...which then becomes a vicious circle....
