Hi, first post here. My Pay & Go balance seems much lower than I expected, as I rarely use my phone, so I tried to find my itemised bill. I read
To see yours, go to My O2 and click 'View my full bill' in the 'My bill summary' section of the page.
But I cannot see that link. Are itemised bills not provided for Pay & Go customers please?

No that information isn't available for P&G customers only monthly. Your only check would be through the phone logs.
If you have an Android phone, download SMS+ from google play. It keeps a log of all calls and texts in sepearate labels under your Gmail account.

Thanks Jonsie. Unfortunately my HTC TP2 runs under Windows mobile, so it looks like I can't access detailed data with that app.
