Cannot access Internet using mobile data

I have not been able to access the Internet with my O2 mobile data since yesterday, when my monthly data allocation was reset. I can make/receive phone calls and send/receive text messages as normal.


At the monent I can only access the Internet on wifi. Can this problem be fixed so I can access the Internet using mobile data again?
