If you can't manage it in my O2 call 4445 or your bank can cancel it for you.

Hi,

 

Thanks for opening this topic, I was interested too. I managed to do it online so I though I would share the info:

 

Somehow I got to this URL https://autotopup.o2.co.uk/O2UK/EndTopup.aspx  and found a "cancel auto top-up" button. After that, it still requests you to click on "cancel my top up". I then received an email confirmation of cancelling the auto top-up

That link you provided doesn't work @Anonymous It takes you to 'File or Directory not found Error 404'..
