Hi, I am currently overseas and am emigrating, so want to give 30 days notice, from Turkey currently. But there are ABSOLUTELY no options on the website, and the number, which seems to be 99% uncontactable is always busy when you do contact it.

And they charge a lot of money for this so called privilege!

I have been told I can email - but where? And where is the online chat that used to be there?
