I've checked my tariff and I am currently paying 15.82 for a lot of things I don't use such as 100gb data. I rarely use more than 5 in a month and see no tariff options available for me to switch to. I'd therefore either like a reduced tariff or to switch to another network where I can get cheaper pay as you go. How do I go about cancelling my SIM and can I switch my phone number and contacts to another SIM card?
