I have tried phoning the 202 number twice, waited 20 minutes both times and both times once I got through to an adviser they put the phone down on me.
I want to cancel my contract as I've finished the payments for it. How can I cancel it without having to phone?

The only way I could do it was by chat - especially as I have had so many problems not to mention O2 have tried to charge me £300, which is now in dispute. The other help doing it by chat is you can get a transcript of the conversation which is also very helpful if you do have problems - it was a godsend for me. Hope you get through ok
