My contract has finished with O2 last month, I have had both confirmation letters that my airtime and device plan were paid in full. But I am still being charged for the SIM I am not using. I will not pay for this month, as I have not used the SIM. Please fix this issue as I have had many problems with your company taking my money when it shouldn't have

@EwanWilliams

It continues to roll on unless cancelled.

You need to cancel Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

As it's your error, you must also pay up to the point you cancel.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

The contract is for a minimum term, and once that has been reached it turns into a rolling contract.
