Cancelling my contract

Does any one if I can cancel my contract without paying a fee? I’ve had my phone 6 days now and I can’t recieve calls or text it just beeps and cuts anyone off trying to call me, I’ve been on the phone to customer service about 5 Times a day trying to sort it and all they say is that to wait another 24 hours because the form has gone off to solve the issue yet nothing has happened, I need to answer important calls for my work and I can’t its so frustrating I want to get out or o2 now as they are not at all helpful. Don’t go to o2 anyone

@AnonymousYou have a 14 day cooling off period. I would make use of that if you aren't happy with the phone.

@AnonymousIf your contract is only 6 days old, then yes you can cancel. You have a 14 day cooling off period.
If you have an O2 store near you, call in and ask for a SIM swap. It may be as simple as that to resolve your problem.
