This is insanity. I've been on hold, on the phone and in the live chat queue, for almost 30 minutes already this morning. I am moving abroad and am within my right to pay off my device and end my contract with 02 and they are making it intentionally as difficult as humanly possible.
I know if I wanted to buy something they'd talk to me right away.
Worst customer service ever. I will never tell my friends or family to use 02 after this awful experience.
