I wish to speak re my monthly costs. I’ve continued to pay way more despite paying my phone off over a year ago?

You need to speak to o2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202  also have a look on uswitch or money supermarket and see if they have any airtime deals., which you can change to, and then follow the upgrade path.


There is nothing anyone can do on this customer to customer community and this is not live chat either..
