Hi

I just cannot for the life of me get in touch with a human at O2 to cancel my insurance policy - I’ve paid off my contract period so now it’s just £8.45 a month to use my phone and £9 insurance which I no longer need BUT I just cannot find where to cancel it 🤷‍♂️🤬

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
