I've searched tyhrough the threads here but can;t find anythign that matches what I need.

My 24 month O2 contract (both airtime and device plan) finish on Oct 31st. I don't want to continue paying the airtime bills and want to cancel my account, whilst still keeping my number.

I'm currently living in Aus, so writing or calling isn't possible.

Is there no easy or simple way of just cancelling my direct debits or bills for the airtime plan?

Thanks in advance.

Jack

@DrippyHinges You can call O2 for free from any phone anywhere on +44800 032 1402. Obviously you'll need to take the time difference into account.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
