im wanting to cancel my contract, I had to take this on as part of a Virgin Media deal as paying the extra £31.00 or so a month plus the new Virgin package was still cheaper than previously. I never used the SIm or number and now just want to cancel it as my TV package has run its contract duration (and I wish to cancel that also).
I can’t seem to easily cancel this o2 contract as it’s constantly asking to text the number etc which is not in use, I wouldn’t even know where the sim is even is to place it into a phone.
how can I call and simply cancel it - I can provide all confirmation it’s obviously me?
