I want to cancel my contract and keep the phone I have now and keep the same number how do I go about doing that
And how it I don't cancel now how do I do it when my contract up

If on refresh you need to pay off your device plan which gives you the freedom to either cancel or change airtime plan to whatever suits you.
If you wish to retain your number I guess you'll wish to change to PAYG or you courgette your pac to move to a different network.

That's the number if you're a business customer. Pay Monthly customers should call 202.
