Cancelling bolt ons

Hi, my name is Lorraine and I'm new to this forum. I am registered with My 02 and have been trying to cancel a Bolt on via My 02 and although website says you can, it only gives the option of Swapping, apart from phoning 02, can anyone tell me how to do this. Thanks for reading. Lorraine

Hi Lorraine, the other option, apart from calling is to use Live Chat. Select option from "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.

Weird that it's not letting you do this through My02 !

Are you using the mobile app or logging in using a PC/MAC ?

Go to live chat. After a couple of security questions, you will get a text confirming that it has been cancelled. Easy peasey.

Hi, did you manage to have the boltons removed? I have been trying to do that using their contact us channels but with no success so far!

Log on to my o2
go to bolt ons
remove bolt on.

I don't know any quicker way excluding telekinesis

Depending on the bolt on it may have to be removed by customer service. I had O2 Travel which you can remove but it did not give me the option. I had to call.
