Trying to cancel a couple of bolt ons.....
There is no way to do this online as far as I can see.
So you have to call customer services..... but they aren’t taking anything other than essential calls.
But if I want to add a bolt on or upgrade or have non essential accessories sent out can do so at the click of a button. This isn’t right surely?

You'll need to call O2.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

Thank you for the advice. It’s obviously good business sense but frustrating can’t delete bolt Ons as easily as adding.... seems bit underhanded.
