Cancelling bolt ons

I want to cancel a bolt on. There used to be a page where there was a number to text to add a bolt on, and a number to remove it. Seems they've changed the website since then and I can't find where to cancel it. It's the messaging 400 I want to cancel. Can anyone help?

To unsubscribe:

Send a text to 21300 free containing the keyword MSG OFF
Call 2202 free from their mobile
Please note that the customer must unsubscribe at least 48 hours prior to their anniversary date.

It just sent me a message saying thanks for cancelling messaging 50, I have messaging 400..... will it cancel it or not?
