Cancelling auto top-up

I need to cancel my auto top-up on my O2 phone. Please can someone send me the website link to do this. Or can I do it at any O2 store?

I think you can do this in Myo2.

Or ring 202 contract or 4445 payg.

I've tried MyO2 and there's no option. Live chat doesn't answer my question either.

Then Contact O2 from your phone by dialing 202 for Contract or 4445 for Payg.

Opening Hours.

Monday-Friday 08:00 - 21:00
Saturday          09:00 - 18:00
Sunday            09:00 - 18:00
