Good Evening everyone 😃
I've come on here hoping that someone can help me before I lose the plot!
Me, my wife and my eldest daughter are all o2 customers and have been for years. Two years ago I took out a second pay monthly contract for my daughters phone in my name and through my bank. The contract has now reached its expiry and my daughter has moved out and announced that she has got a new phone under contract in her name and that I should cancel her old one. Here now lies the problem I'm left with, how do you cancel when it is virtually impossible to speak to customer services? I've been into the o2 shop today and they've told me they can't do it and they can't get through to customer service themselves! Does anyone know of any way I can do this in writing or via email? I've read that there isn't another way to contact them but surely that can't be true??
Both me and my wife are due for upgrades but after this we're seriously considering trying another provider out of principle.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated 😊

This guide might help Guide: Cancelling Your Contract
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
You can also try calling at 8am when the call centres open on 202 or 0344 809 0202
If you are thinking about leaving then just text PAC to 65075 (if you want to keep your number) or STAC to 75075 (if you dont) and give the code to the new network and the contract will be closed down.
