Cancelling a contract

Anonymous
Not applicable

My contract was due to finish in December. I contact O2 and asked them to finish my contract once it ran out. I'm still getting billed for it now. How do I stop this? The last time I cancelled a direct debit with another contract, I still got huge bills of almost £300.

Hi @Anonymous sounds like it wasn’t cancelled. You need to contact customer service again

How to cancel here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/How-To-Cancelling-Your-Contract-A-Guide/m-p/566... but you need to chase up with customer service as to why they didn't cancel at first request.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
