I recently lost my sim card on holiday. I've spent a few months on a rolling monthly plan that doesn't quite give me enough data each month, so I decided to take the opportunity to look into other plans and contracts. I've decided I want to cancel my plan with O2, but the only method the website gives for doing this is by calling 202 with the phone in question. Obviously, I can't do that without my sim card. Is there a way to leave O2 (preferably online - I don't have a landline, and no O2 shop nearby) without wasting time ordering a replacement sim just in order to cancel my plan?
Cheers!

@Paul59 Your sim should have been reported as lost: Lost or Stolen O2 Device
