I just want to cancel my tariff, its really not as easy as it should be.

Are you cancelling your tariff or contract? Or are you just trying to change tariff?

Either way call customer service rather than using webchat.

Just call 202 for free - What problems are you having?
You will have to pay if not completed your contract terms though.....
