How can I cancel my Pay and Go Go Go tariff as I now live abroad and am paying 10 pounds every time I top up for nothing. If I could get all the benefits of such a package while abroad then that would be great. Do  I need to change tariff?

If you live abroad I would just get a local sim card. If you have auto top up then cancel it online or via live chat. There are no tariffs that give you any overseas benefits. There are so many ways to keep in touch free with family back home. ie Skype, Whatsapp, Line, Viber, messanger etc all over wifi.
