Hi,

I’m just wondering what charges need to be paid when cancelling a contract? They balance that shows on the upgrade screen is it the same price as an early termination or is there other charges on top? Do you have to pay for the tariff as well as the amount for the phone?

thanks

If you have a refresh plan, the you just need to pay off the remaining device plan, which is the cost to upgrade at the bottom of Myo2.

To pay off the phone plan you need to call o2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

If porting out to another network there's no need to waste time trying to call to pay off your device plan.

Just text for your PAC Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update] and when you use it on a new network, O2 will generate your final bill with the termination fees automatically which will be taken by the normal direct debit route after 14 days.
