I rang O2 on the 27 November to cancel my contract. I was given a code 75075. I was not told what to do with it. The young lady who dealt with me did say it was her first day at O2 so had to go & ask someone else.
My contract has not been cancelled.
I rang O2 again today & spoke to Ricardo for 25 minutes. It still has not been cancelled.
He said he was putting me through to another department but no one answered after that.
I do not want to retain my number. My wife has a O2 account so we do not need 2 contracts. I simply want to cancel this contract.
Can you help please as this is costing me money.
