Cancelling Contract

Anonymous
Not applicable

I've had a contract with o2 for the past two years in my name, but my step son has been using the phone, not me. It's due to be cancelled the 21st this month, but I'm under the impression that it carries on automatically even though I haven't agreed to it. I've been trying to ring 202 to cancel the contract but can never get through to an adviser, plus there are never in web chat advisers available either.

How can I cancel the contract, as my step son is now 18 and has his own contract with o2 (and I'm on pay as you go). If worse comes to worth, I will have to cancel the direct debit, to avoid being charged for a longer period than I agreed too.

Thanks

Because you need to contact O2 in order to cancel.

The "Contact us" options are at the foot of this page.

I would like to cancel my Sim contract till october 27, 2015, trying to reach someone, calling them on the O2 customer service numbers, but having the same problems as everyone. I was waiting for the answer and hanging on the phone for 20-25 minutes. I have left the UK and do not need any service.

I am happy to pay the charge for the rest of months (aug, sep and october), just let me speak with someone please.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Bearing in mind the time difference your best option is to call 8.30am UK time.
