Cancelling Contract Early

Is it possible for me to get my contract cancelled early? Sick of having no signal, can i claim a breach of contract? Need to find a provider that can be relied on!!!

You can cancel early but you would need to pay your monthly tariff x the numbers of months you have left remaining.

Hi,

I don't think so unless you are within the 28 day cooling off period.  I think you will find that service outage is written into the small print.  I have found that o2 are very good at compensating you for any inconvenience.  My advice would be to call customer services when you get service back.

Then id be basically paying them for nothing? I wouldnt still recieve 18months of calls, texts and data? Why the hell did i renew with these idiots 😞
