Hello

I know many people have already had this issue. I received the email stating:

"If you’re unhappy with anything in this email, you can cancel your package, including the O2 sim in your Volt bundle, any time before 31/10/2023 without paying any early cancellation fees"

I have successfully cancelled VM contract no problem. They've told me I need to contact 02 directly in regards to the sim card.

I have spent an hour on hold with 02, and been cut off twice. No one at 02 will help and basically said I'm up for a termination charge. Can anyone on this forum help? I'm at my wits end.

@TROSCO

You need to go back to Virgin as they need to put you through to O2 and confirm to O2 that you have cancelled your Virgin contract.

VM operators should know and follow this process.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
