Cancelled primary contract but still have joint contract

Hi I cancelled my contract and have paid it off but I have my daughters contract still with o2 which was linked to my contract. How do I now access her account online. When I type her mobile number in it says it is not a valid uk mobile number but this account is still active with o2. clingan96**Personal info**

It can't neb a linked account otherwise it would still be showing in your own My O2. It maybe that customer service will have to reset that account and supply new login details. Mention @Anonymous as she obviously thinks this is customer service.

Hello @Anonymous, how are you doing today? Did you manage to access the account alright in the end or are you still struggling? As mentioned above by our members this forum is mainly just customers and friends helping each other out with general queries and we don't have access to O2 systems, however we can point you to the right direction. slight_smile
