I have tried to cancel an order that was in stock at the time, courier couldn’t find my house (billing address), then product out of stock. Have cancelled supposedly but order showing as complete, tariff has changed to the cancelled items new terms. Have spent hour upon hour on hold/being transferred to finally speak to someone who said they have cancelled order only for it not to be the case days later. No live chat available or call backs not letting you book a time slot. Please help someone!!
