Cancelled order but still been charged for plan

I ordered a iPhone XR with a pay monthly plan. After waiting 7 days and my phone still not turning up I called and cancelled my order. I’ve just checked my bank account and I’ve still been charged for the plan. I do not want to be with O2. Please help
