Hi,
I chose to upgrade earlier today before changing my mind and contacting O2 support in order to cancel my upgrade. The O2 staff member told me that aslong as the order was still processing she'd happily cancel it for me, and luckily it was still in the stage where it could be cancelled without issue. However, within the space of the last hour my O2 page has updated to show my new contract allowance and I have also recieved information such as my delivery tracking number.
Does it just take a while for the cancellation to show on my O2 before reverting to my current contract allowance, or will I still be receiving the phone come tomorrow?

I've never known it be possible to cancel an order.
You would usually have to return it under the change of mind policy https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-change-of-mind-policy
