Hi Team,

I have had to cancel my contract with O2 to help my sister out and takeover her contract on another provider, however I can't find when my last day with O2 is. How do I find this as you chat bot who are normally helpful have disappeared 😞

thanks @MI5 @Cleoriff , I am aware of when my contracted end date is, however I had to give 30 days notice which took it past the contracted end date and I can't remember the new end date now as I need to give my PAC code to the new carrier for that date

You cannot be charged 30 days notice anymore.

Just use your PAC to go immediately.
