I called 202 last Wednesday to cancel my contract and leave O2 to go to another provider, the person on the phone said I would receive an email and my contract was cancelled. I haven't received anything, please can you confirm it is cancelled. I have been on hold with 202 for more than 10 mins. My new contract with another provider starts on Monday.

Personally if I wanted to keep my number I'd go for a PAC else a STAC
