So I’ve cancelled my contract and not trf my number to my new provider. Can’t log into o2 anymore as I don’t have the old number so can’t get a code. How can I see my last bill?

It's an issue that O2 need to address with cancelled contracts.
They used to show up as a disconnected bill, but that seems to have gone as an option now.
A final statement will also be posted out to you.

If you are no longer with O2 and ported out then you wont be able to access My O2 to see your last bill.

You would need to contact Customer services

All I get each month is an email saying it’s ready to look at but no details. So u think my final bill will show in detail on the email?

With the current pandemic, emails may be running a lot more slowly.

If you need to know urgently, then contact O2 on the numbers I gave in the guide.
