I cancelled the contract about a day later over the phone to ensure it was all sorted, told it was however I am still in contract.
Phoned which was busy for over 15mins, then left on the phone just now for over 15mins, while the guy told me to hold while he searched my account.......... the sound of silence was deafening.
any other time I would not be angry per se, but I just got out of intensive care, tube fitted, it causes me quite a bit of pain to speak.
come on guys, just because I was cancelling does not mean you just leave the conversation.

If speaking is too painful you can message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
