I got a sim only plan but changed my mind 2 days later and I rang up and cancelled and I’ve now been charged a full years cancellation fee, I rang up and spoke when I got my bill and was assured the system would credit my account as it was a change of mind request so I’ve left it and now just been billed the full years worth, and the way things are at the moment I need every penny

Any suggestions

I ain’t asked for a refund that’s what I’m asking there system has put it through as a cancellation and charged the full year, if I don’t query it I’m not gonna get a refund
