I requested to leave O2. I have been sent my final bill out with the balance outstanding. I have phoned customer services several times to settle and they will not answer any calls. I have been informed on the letter that they will be sending it to a debt collection agency by the 13th of April and my credit score will be seriously affected.
If they do this where do I stand? As I am paying it they won’t allow me to by not answering the phones. If my credit score takes a hit can it be disputed?
