Hello, I’m in desperate need of a new phone due to screen damage, does anyone know if I can pay off my remaining device plan but am I able to cancel my airtime plan? I’m in 02 refresh

Yes, as soon as you pay off your Device Plan you can ask o2 to cancel the airtime at the same time, or you can upgrade your device and start a new refresh plan. 

To pay off your device plan you will need to call o2 on 0344 809 0202 from any none o2 phone or 202 from an o2 phone.
