Cancellation within 2 days

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi, I have just cancelled 2 Pay Monthly contracts, 2 days after taking them out.. (twins birthday unwanted gifts)

I was told by the retentions team even though neither has been used and its within 14 days I still must give 30 days notice to cancel.

Is that correct? as it seems a bit unfair that I have to pay for 2x30 day contracts that will not be used....

No, you pay nothing unless there has been any calls, texts or data used in which case you only pay for what you used and not the full month.
