Hi, how do I tell exactly what tarriff I am on? I'm probably going to go to another network and I'm fairly sure from memory I'm just on a rolling sim only 30 day contract, thanks in advance

You need to go into MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
and you will find it here: Under More. Click on that.
If you are on a 30 day sim only and are thinking of moving, you will need your PAC

Text INFO to 85075 and it will tell you.

You can also hit the Support button at bottom-right in your MyO2 app, then select "Looking to Upgrade?"and it will tell you what penalty remains, if any, and by what date:
