Does anyone know if O2 charge if you leave your contact early?

Hi @deb2422 @if on refresh you just pay off the device plan but if a standard contract you have to pay the months remaining until the end. 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

This is what I thought but according to Chat they want to charge me a termination fee of £366 ??  This is on top of what I have left on my contract.  Might ring 202 in the morning.  Thanks
