Cancellation fees for leaving early?

Does anyone know if O2 charge if you leave your contact early?

Hi @deb2422 @if on refresh you just pay off the device plan but if a standard contract you have to pay the months remaining until the end.

This is what I thought but according to Chat they want to charge me a termination fee of £366 ??  This is on top of what I have left on my contract.  Might ring 202 in the morning.  Thanks

I thought this would be the case.  I'll ring 202 tomorrow and get my contact cancelled.
