So I requested a pac code for my new SIM card, will that automatically cancel my contract with o2 or do I need to do something?
Also, I still have a final amount to pay for it, if I do not have a direct debit how do I go about this?

@Kirstie2

Just requesting a PAC won't do anything.

Your account will only close when you give the PAC to another network and they port in your number.

Your final bill will have to be paid on the phone to customer service or in store if yours is open.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
