Does anyone know how to view your final bill after you’ve cancelled your contact? I’ve just received an email saying to check myo2 but there’s nothing there. I think they will owe us money

Once your contract ends you lose access to My O2 so the standard blurb on the email is obsolete
The only way is to call payment management
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
