Is it possible to request my pac code from you on here or do I need to call you?

Thanks

Hello @Anonymous!

This forum is mainly a group of customers and friends helping each other out and we do not have access to the O2 systems to help you directly with the PAC. However, please do see the above reply from our helpful member Cleoriff for ways to get your PAC code and cancel your contract.

Sad to see you go! Let us know if you have any additional questions.

@Anonymous

Perhaps it might be a good idea to think of whether it is necessary to change network in the first place?

Just a thought though.

I had, in the past, some bad memories with o2 customer service but it's all sorted now.
