Hello, I’d like to cancel my monthly subscription as I’ve recently moved to Canada. I tried to log into my account but I haven’t received a text to my UK number, possibly because I have another eSIM currently loaded onto my phone. How can I cancel my account without receiving a text message to log into my account?
