Canceling my Contract during the COVID19 lockdown

Hi,

 

I'm trying to cancel my contract with o2 as it runs out on the 10th, I'm having no luck with the call centres not being open. I don't want to contract to run over and if I can't get any response from o2 I'll just close the direct debit.

 

Does anyone know how I can sort this out?
